**Job Summary:**
We are seeking an Assembler to join our team. The Assembler will be responsible for putting together components and parts to construct products such as machinery or various types of equipment. Attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions are crucial for this role. This position is from 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM with $1.00 shift differential.

**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in assembly or a similar role.
- Ability to use hand and power tools.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

**Responsibilities:**
- Read and interpret technical drawings or blueprints.
- Assemble components accurately and efficiently.
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow safety guidelines and procedures at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.
- Report any issues or concerns to the supervisor promptly.
