Human Resources Manager

Department: 08 HR
Location: Shawnee, OK

Job Summary: The Human Resources Manager will play a crucial role in supporting the HR department in attracting, retaining, and developing talent, as well as ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies and ensuring the smooth functioning of human resources operations. The Human Resources Manager will collaborate closely with the Director of Human Resources and cross-functional teams to create a positive and inclusive work environment and provide guidance and support in various HR functions.


Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the implementation and compliance of HR policies, procedures, and initiatives.
  • Manage recruitment efforts by partnering with hiring managers, conducting interviews, and facilitating the hiring process.
  • Foster a learning culture by promoting continuous learning and development opportunities for employees.
  • Provide guidance and coaching to managers and employees to improve performance to achieve goals.
  • Lead and develop HR staff.
  • Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture by supporting employee engagement activities.
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing employee concerns, disputes and grievances.
  • Prepare and analyze HR metrics and reports to identify trends and make data driven decisions. Use insights to drive continuous improvement in HR processes.
  • Collaborate with local leadership to provide guidance on HR-related matters and drive organizational success.
  • Ensure timely support of GF HR systems and processes such as performance development and annual objectives creation.
  • Conduct training sessions on various HR topics.
  • Evaluates and manages relationships with vendors to provide supplemental HR processes and services.
  • Ensure project/department milestones/goals are met while adhering to approved budgets.
  • Participate in HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
  • Adhere to ISO 9001 Quality, ISO 14001 Environmental, and OSHAS 18001 certification requirements.
